An Architect of more than 10 years in profession with absolute training in regards to practice and career enhancements.
Worked as an apprentice for 2 years from a Professional Registered & Licensed Architect.
Worked as a Junior Architect under a supervision of a Senior Architect for more than a year.
An Architect and a colleague of different Professions from a Local Engineering Office.
A Professional Freelancer and Design-Build Architect (Home-Based Office Architect).

Principal Architect/ Designer at Own Office (Home Based)
Prepares concepts of design as per the client’s choice.
Prepares Pre-Design for project proposals.
Meeting with the client for further needs of design development.
Do site analysis and inspection for design-considerations.
Prepares necessary documents and clerical works.
Prepares architectural building plans, drawing details and lay-out.
Consult with Structural, Sanitary, Electrical, Mechanical, Communications and Electronic engineers.
Prepares structural plans, drawing details and lay-out.
Prepares plumbing plans, drawing details and lay-out.
Prepares electrical plans, drawing details, computation of power loads and lay-out.
Prepares site development plan for Landscape & Aesthetic outdoor designs relevant to the concept of building facades.
Prepares building design and detailed estimates.
Prepares materials specifications.
Prepares timeline for project time completion.
Processes building permits.
Inspects safety of construction workers in all on-going projects thru safety officer.
Do technical assistance on project site.
Conducts quality assurance and quality control over the project.
Do regular project site ocular supervision/ inspection.
Handling building construction/ project management. Turnover finished projects, detailed plans and drawings, and maintenance manual to the project owner.
